Waiver Framework · Final Legal Draft Required
Participant Waiver & Safety Acknowledgment
This is the website workflow framework, not a final liability waiver. The final electronic waiver should be approved by Bahamian counsel and the company's insurer before signing is enabled.
Final waiver should address
- Nature of the marine activity and inherent water-related risks
- Required safety briefing, flotation equipment and staff instructions
- Weather, sea-condition, visibility and operating restrictions
- Participant eligibility and impairment rules
- Prohibited racing, reckless operation and intentional contact
- Emergency and rescue procedures
- Legally approved assumption-of-risk / release provisions
- Parent or guardian provisions if minors are allowed
- Electronic-signature consent, timestamp and document version
Website workflow
After a reservation is created, the production system can send each participant the final approved waiver and record booking reference, participant, signature/acceptance timestamp, waiver version and completion status.
