Booking Terms
This implementation draft must be reviewed against Euphoria Exotics' final operating rules, insurer requirements, merchant agreement and Bahamian law before public launch.
1. Reservations
A reservation becomes final only after required payment is confirmed and Euphoria Exotics accepts the booking. Availability may change because of weather, safety, maintenance, staffing, launch-site or regulatory requirements.
2. Pricing & payment
Displayed prices and deposit percentages are configurable. The final confirmation controls the amount due and any balance deadline.
3. Guest eligibility
Participation is subject to final age, identification, operator/passenger and other requirements established by applicable authorities, insurer and company policy.
4. Safety authority
Guests must attend required briefings, use required equipment and follow staff instructions. Euphoria Exotics may delay, modify, refuse or stop an experience when safety or operating conditions require it.
5. Weather, cancellation & rescheduling
The final cancellation, weather, refund, late-arrival and no-show rules must be inserted before live payments are enabled.
6. Conduct & damage
Reckless operation, racing, intentional contact, unauthorized passengers, operation outside approved boundaries and failure to follow staff instructions are prohibited.
7. Media
Photo, drone and video services may be offered as add-ons. Separate permission should be obtained before identifiable guest media is used for advertising.
