Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Euphoria Exotics uses personal information when you enquire, book an experience, or complete identity verification.
Information collected
Booking data may include name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, number of guests, hotel/referral source, experience, JetCar model, date/time, add-ons, special requests, payment status and waiver status.
How information is used
Information may be used to create and manage reservations, contact guests, coordinate operations, process payments, manage referrals, provide purchased media and maintain required business records.
Identity, age and eligibility checks
When you choose secure verification, Sumsub processes your government-issued identity document and selfie or liveness capture to check identity, age and document authenticity. Sumsub may process facial or biometric information for this purpose. Review Sumsub’s privacy notice before consenting.
Euphoria Exotics stores booking-holder details and verification results, including the applicant reference, document type and issuing country, the last four document-number characters when available, and the decision date. Identity-document images and selfies are submitted directly to Sumsub through its verification interface.
The booking holder must be at least 18. Eligibility for any requested Bahamian local rate is checked from an approved Bahamian passport or driver’s licence. Sandbox checks are simulated and do not establish verified identity for a live booking.
Payments
The production website should use an approved third-party payment gateway. Euphoria Exotics should not store full card numbers or security codes in its booking database.
Partners & service providers
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with identity-verification (Sumsub), database and hosting (Supabase and Vercel), payment, communications, resort/concierge, insurer, professional-adviser and authority partners. Service providers may process information outside The Bahamas.
Guest media & marketing
Use of identifiable guest photos or videos for advertising should use appropriate consent. Booking an experience does not by itself grant advertising rights.
Security & retention
The production system should use staff authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, backups and a documented retention schedule.
